French Manicure is completely different then Gel Nails and Acrylics. Gel Nails and Acrylics look the same, But are just done differently. They are pretty comfortable to wear. The Appointments depends on the Salon. You tell them what you want if your paying for it first, If not, You tell the Nail tech or stylist who comes to get you. The length, If your getting just a manucure will be your own length, You can get tips if you want, If you are getting gells or Acrylics, the tech can sculp there own nail, or can give you tips. If you want Rhinestones on them, Ask the Girl. She may or may not have them. The Prices depend on the Salon, At a Cosmetology School, French Manicure is around 7 dollars, Acrylics are 15.00, Plain pedicure is around 10.00, and a French is 13.00.French manicure/pedicure?
It's one thing if you would like a manicure, but it's completly different if you wish to have fake nails. Acrylic nails may seem cool and pretty at first, but later, they start getting dirty, sometimes uncomfortable and they really hurt when you take them off and ruin your nails. yes, you DO have to call and set up an appointment at your nearest nail salon and it would cost anywhere from, depending where you do it, $20-$50 considering whether or not you got rhinestones or anything additional added on. Yup, they're pretty costy, but for some, they're worth it. Hope that helps! :))
