French manicures/pedicures?

Does anyone know how to do a french manicure/pedicure, do they sale a kit to do these or what colors are used?French manicures/pedicures?
bottom coat- use a french pink colour (its a very pale pink)

Then you colour in the white tips of your nails with white nail varnish

Top coat- Clear nail varnish to seal it al off

Before doign each of the steps you have to make sure the previous coat is dry

if you have a shaky hand or find doing the tips accurately difficult then you can some stickers to put on the rest of the nail so when you paint it can only go on the tip

and yes there are kits you can buy just ask in any beauty store

i think mine came from debenhams

usually they will use a sheer pink, or peach and then white for the tips

you can probably find little stencils too if you look around walmart !
There are all kinds of stencils, etc. I found a kiosk in the mall that has really cool stencils and stamps. You just stamp on the tip and cover with a top coat. (They also had animals, Hello Kitty, flowers, etc.) Way too cool!!!!
You will need white for the tips and a baby pink for the fill color, as well as clear for top coats.

You need to use the white for the tip first. Be as messy or uneven as you want. Put on two coats. Before it dries, take a small brush (like an eye makeup brush - not the sponge kind) wet it in nail polish remover and clean up the white. Make them even on all toes, etc.

Then paint the entire nail in the baby pink. Follow up with a top coat, and you are done.
